3. Legislation
The Governmental Ordinance No.159/1999 set up the
National Company “Romanian Lottery” SA. By its setting up, after the
incorporation to the Registry of Companies, the Independent
Administration known as “National Lottery” was repealed on 25
October 1999.
The Romanian Lottery’s shares are owned fully and
exclusively by the State of Romania.
